Achromatic cemented lenses belong to spherical lenses. A spherical lens refers to a transparent body with one spherical surface (part of a sphere) or another spherical surface (part of a sphere) and a flat surface.

The VGT-1209FH Optical Glass Ultrasonic Cleaner is used to clean and dry surface contaminants on optical glass. Additionally, it can clean one basket in a cycle time of 3-8 minutes (adjustable).

The cleaning principle involves the workpiece being subjected to the impact of "cavitation" generated by high-frequency ultrasound and the system's continuous up-and-down motion, which increases liquid friction, allowing contaminants on the workpiece surface to quickly detach, achieving high cleanliness.

Description of Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment VGT-1209FH:

The equipment has 12 functional tanks, equipped with a circulation filtration system, immersion system, automatic temperature control system, overflow system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, etc. It uses environmentally friendly water-based solvents for washing and pure water for rinsing, making it an eco-friendly cleaner.

Tank Structure:

1、Each tank has four overflow ports with an overflow slot width of 35mm. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the cleaning agent is pumped from the storage tank by a circulation pump, filtered, and then returned to the cleaning tank, forming a mother-daughter tank circulation system.

2、Equipped with an independent circulation filtration system.

3、Each tank has a drain valve at the bottom, connected in series to the main drain pipe.

4、Temperature sensors are installed inside the tanks, with a temperature control range: RT-100°C.

5、Agitation is set outside the tank.

Storage Tank Structure:

1、Divided into two chambers by a partition. The cleaned solution after oil separation is pumped into the cleaning tank by the circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving solution utilization, while the separated oil is discharged into the main drain pipe.

2、Equipped with a city water inlet, which can be connected to each cleaning tank and the storage tank.

3、Fitted with a cooling water pipe, where water is added via a solenoid valve controlled by the temperature sensor in the cleaning tank.

4、Equipped with stainless steel heating tubes, with a power of 4.5KW.

5、Fitted with a lower liquid level switch. When the water level is low, an automatic audible and visual alarm is triggered, with alarms connected in series.

6、A drain valve is installed at the bottom of the storage tank, connected in series with the cleaning tanks and discharged into the main drain pipe simultaneously.

Agitation Mechanism:

1、The agitation motor drives a linear slider up and down via an eccentric wheel, fundamentally ensuring the continuity of agitation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the agitation system due to overweight workpieces, thereby enabling the agitation frame to drive the cleaning basket in up-and-down motion within the cleaning tank.
